Just a suggestion for future update for P3V4 , Depth of field option, that would add more realism to this great Flight sim....

Cancel that , I have it working now , it was a setting with the orbx control panel options for traffic and AU region , it was all untick

Hi , Have installed the latest 4.3 and all great , except for one issue I can not hear my ATC, all the options are there to select take off clearance , nearest airport etc just no sound , I have checked the tick box in the sound options for voice and all good , not sure what is going on here.

No I deleted 4.2 and all third party addons and all hidden files associated with them and reinstalled everything from start.
Works great...…

Please don't let me stop you from enjoying your flight sim , but from my experience what I have wrote above has all worked and solved performance problems for me......

Thankyou Lockheed Martin the new 4.3 is working a treat for me , in fact increased framerates I have noticed.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and experience.....

Maybe not just for stand alone P3D , but when you are talking lots of third party addons thats when things can get messy.

Hi , Just wondering how do i create or save camera positions so that each time i jump into a selected aircraft i have my fav seating position selected without having to adjust each time? and can I assign that position to a particular joystick button or keyboard number?

Yeah , the point that I was trying make out was , Identical settings in P3D with both video cards & both identical flight scenarios returned exact same frame rates and yet I would have expected a higher framerate return from the 1080TI over the 780TI which kind of makes me think P3D is more CPU ...

Just to add to my last post it seems that its not so much P3D stand alone as that has gained as a stand alone install,
Which may makes me wonder a little if the ORBX software is taking advantage of newer hardware.
