I am already on an MSAA setting as I know of the SSAA fault with FPS, although I will give dynamic reflections a look as it might be the cause, I will look at it and reply.

You didn't answer the question yet. What are your display settings on the P3Dv4 Display options screen? If your setting for AA is SSAA then that could be your problem.
