Ok, I did everything from the link you gave me + uninstall/reinstall of content and scenery - textures are back at normal, no more blurries, still have to test VAS to see if the leak persists.

No, there isn't anything an end user can do, it was just to provide the explanation you wanted in your first post. You could try disabling any addons and then adding them back in one by one, try a flight after each addon is reenabled and try and figure out which one is causing the crash. Best of lu...

So, after installing P3D Hotfix 2, i get strange OOMs:
As you can see, VAS is not fully used, but still an OOM. Can someone explain me why is that?

I got an OOM with Blackbox a330

I have a Hotfix 2 problem. Hotfix 1 was perfectly OK. So, yesterday I did (or at least I tried to do) a VHHH to OMDB in Blackbox a330. 2 hours into the flight, an OOM. I thought at first it's a bBackbox problem, and decided to do a different flight today - VHHH to YSSY. And again, 2h into the flight...
