From your account, go to legacy files and download the client 4.2 from there.

I got the same problem as well. 4.3 will not start even moving all above mentioned folders! Only the splash screen appears and stays there for ever. I found a way around and did it alway twice. I think you are wrong, you activated User Vehicle and your screenshots are your heli right? So the reflection is showing your aircraft.

Simobjects would be your AI traffic! Try it and you will see.

Pay attention to the outside temperature in particular!!

I had a simular situation once and saw the the temp was 68 deg C !!!!
