Re: EGJJ Problem.soved
Problem solved with the help of someone on the AVsim forum this morning. The suggestion I got this morning was to tick the box which I had unticked in Orbx England Control panel , , Jersey Airport EGJJ for Earth Simulations compatibility and that fixed the grassy hill in the middle of the runway. No...

Re: EGJJ Problem.
Found out if I disable ORBX FTX England in scenery configurator menu, problem goes away. Guess it is an Orbx issue.

[RESOLVED] EGJJ Problem. - ORBX
I just noticed the other day that when I go to EGJJ airport, I see elevation problems , and there is a grass strip in the middle of the paved runway, that looks like a small grass hill as you approach it. The only add on at that airport is UTX Europe, which I disabled for testing, but no change. I a...

Re: default key commands keep reappearing after deleting
I went to the file where the control settings are stored, and marked them "read only", problem solved. You just have to remember to uncheck that box, if you want to change one of the control settings. C:\Users\YOUR ID\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Controls..

Re: Good add-on ATC to use until the bug is fixed?
Best add on for ATC is Pro ATC X. If you fly mostly GA, then PF3 is good.

Flight from EIDW to EBCI four times, crashed on approach (v3.4)
Using P3D version 3.4 with NGX. Never had this happen before . About 40 miles from EBCI, P3D crashes with this error. After the third time, I disabled My Traffic 6 scenery and turned of AI traffic, thinking it might be an MT6 issue ( alreasdy have Military BGL disabled for the last 2 years. Just won...

Re: P3D version 3.4 and New Pro ATC X version
It is now my understanding that Pro ATC X version 1922 was never beta tested by anyone in P3D version 3, except by me. I discovered the problem immediately as soon as beta 1920 was tested, and it continued until the latest version was released.. Since no other beta testers even had P3D version 3.4, ...

Re: P3D version 3.4 and New Pro ATC X version
"It is triggered by ATC instructions either from Clearance Delivery or after TOD." No problems found with Clearance Delivery. That is all I tested. If you saw a 1-2 second delay with Clearance delivery, I guarantee if you do a flight, after TOD you will see a major hang of P3D where the t...

Re: P3D version 3.4 and New Pro ATC X version
That is what I found for clearance, about 2 seconds . Now wait for after TOD, and you will see that one of the next ATC commands will cause P3D to freeze for well over 15 second. Person on Avsim that uses version 3.4 found the same thing. .

P3D version 3.4 and New Pro ATC X version
Since Pro ATC X version 1922 was released, and actually since 1920, I have had two issues with this update. It is triggered by ATC instructions either from Clearance Delivery or after TOD. The audio for the ATC instruction plays, but the text box does not start displaying at the same time. sometimes...

Re: KBKL Airport missing in P3D Version 3,4
Disregard, I had deactivated that BGL for someone reason quite awhile ago and forgot about it. I downloaded an up to date version of that airport on Avsim and it looks great.

Re: KB4038788 crashes my P3D v3
This thread is really funny. People keep installing an update that they know causes problems, and they keep having problems after they do that. You can't make this stuff up.....

Re: KB4038788 crashes my P3D v3
The last time I will post this suggestion, I promise. There have been updates in the past that have fouled up the performance of certain programs on windows. The solution, for years, if this happened was to hide that one windows update, so that it would not install itself in the future, which is bey...
