Aircraft Marker in Slew Mode

Hello,
My terminology is not what it should be so please excuse me. I just updated from V4 to V5. In V4, while in slew mode, looking top down on the aircraft, there use to be a red crosshair on the ground if I slewed the aircraft straight up, to still show the location of aircraft position on the ground. This was very useful when working in ADE airport design. Is there something I need to change in P3Dv5 in order for this crosshair to be enabled/visible?
