Select ViewGroups programmatically or via buttons

This has already been asked for in the forum on January 10th, 2022, but I would like to place it as a feature request.
ViewGroups are a great way to configure asymmetric views for e.g. pilot and copilot. The problem is that switching view groups can only be achieved by manually opening the context menu and selecting the desired ViewGroup. The PDK offers a function to get the current ViewGroup (ICameraSystemV530::GetActiveViewGroup), but none to set it. It would be great if such a function could be implemented, e.g. SetViewGroup(ViewGroupName).
Or provide a way to assign the change of the ViewGroup via a button.
