If I install the latest update will it affect my third party scenery, I have a lot of it?

That question is best answered by the developers of each product. There are various ways add-ons can be installed. We recommend methods that will be transparent to users and not cause any issues when updating Prepar3D. I recommend contacting these developers or referring to their websites/documentation concerning updates.
