Feature request: Access scenery library from main menu

Hello everybody
As the title says, I would like to suggest if in a future release of P3D, it would be possible to access the scenery library directly from the main menu without needing to start a flight, in a similar way as is possible to access the simulator settings. Just like it's possible in FS9 and FSX.
This would be very comfortable because usually we want to remove or add new sceneries without needing to wait for a flight to load.
