Re: Autogen loading in patches...

I am getting this as well in 4.3. Had it in 4.1 and 4.2. Sucks, wish they would fix this (and the disappearing shadows).

Re: CTD in P3D v4.2 when it rains or snows

Have you tried to change the precipitation intensity from the start up screen? Regards, Kayla What I'm referring to is if the precipitation changes in intensity while the sim is running, the CTD will occurr regardless of if detailed precipitation is checked or not. The workaround you mentioned is o...

Re: CTD in P3D v4.2 when it rains or snows

Hello, This should be resolved in the next release. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Regards, Kayla Any change is precipitation will cause a CTD. With summer fast approaching and the thunderstorms and varying intensity with them we don't have months to wait. Why can't a hotfix come out? ...

Re: v4.1: autogen still loading late and in patches

As the issue persists, I realized something that might be interesting: normally, those autogen issues appear at least on my end only close to the destination of a flight. Not if I fire up P3Dv4.2. But today, I was testing some stuff resulting in several "new scenario" via the P3D menue and guess wh...

Re: v4.1: autogen still loading late and in patches

I see nothing was really done about this in 4.2. Such a shame. A real immersion killer on arrival.

Re: Ntdll.dll CTD P3D V4 with PMDG 777

Hello Gregory, Have you gone through our general debugging steps? http://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6312&t=123246 If the issue is caused by an add-on, you will likely want to reach out to the add-on developer for direct support. If they need any support with development, they should not...

Re: Autogen delayed loading v4

Yep, had this happen tonight going into KEWR. Zero autogen when descending from cruise. Had no issues with autogen when I departed Fly Tampa EHAM. Had to adjust the autogen slider, went from mid way to up one notch and all the autogen loaded. Sort of manually resetting it. Have FR set to unlimited i...

Re: Possible new VAS issue in v3.4

Not to AS16. I have it, but no ASCA. Yesterday finished a flight with Aerosoft airport addons and ORBX regions, including UTXv2 installed. Mesh too, of course. Landed with NGX and a good portion of free VAS (I think it was about 600MB free). I'm thinking myself that it's ASCA. Going to uninstall th...

Re: Possible new VAS issue in v3.4

For those having these VAS issues, I can't help but think it may be related to AS16/ASCA. Their SP1 came out around the same time my VAS tanked. In fact there is a 11 page thread on their forum (under the Development sub forum) of people having massive performance issues. What is interesting is the ...
