Gun Attachment

Hi

I'm trying to attach 8 guns to a Spitfire Mk.9. I used the Attachments.xml and GunSystem.xml templates and I can't get them to work. Could someone help me please?

Do you have content error reporting enabled? Are you seeing any errors reported on shutdown?

Hi Rob

No, there are no errors on shutdown. I don't get the weapon system information in the bottom right corner either but if I add the F16 Attachments.xml and Gunsystem I get the info. I just can't see where I'm going wrong in my own xml files.

Hi Richie,

Have you added your gun_loudout entry in the [fltsim.xx] sections of the aircraft.cfg? They should be referencing the Basic Guns loadout.

Yes, the gun loadout "Basic Gun" is in the Aircraft.cfg, Flightsim 0. I don't know if this has any significance but I'm running the sim in Multichannel.
