[RESOLVED] d cRASH

Postby otterpilit » Mon Apr 09, 2018 11:47 pm

I am Running P3D V4.2 using windows 10, and PMDG B737 NG, B777, and B-747, along with Active sky, Ut live and some times Track IR 5.

I had a flight from KABQ to KDAL with the B-737NG, and about halfway through the program crashed. with this message
"Prepar3D stopped Working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I shut the computer down and rebooted it then attempted to load P3D, with the same error. I then tried to run the Repair function in install, and reload the program, Same result.

Is there a way to fix this or do I need to completely remove P3D and reinstall it.

any help is appreciated.

Thank you

Ken

Hello,

Are you able to reproduce this issue without any addons installed?

Hello,

What aircraft did you use in place of the B-737NG to reproduce the crash without your addons? I'd like to try to reproduce this as well.

Regards.

None the Program crashes while it is loading, it never gets to the point you can select an aircraft and airport, it crashes while the P3D splash screen is still on and never completely loads.

I was unable to locate those files,

I ran a search for all 3 files with no results.

Thank you
