[RESOLVED] Can not login for downloading

I can not login to the web for downloading, the following message appeard:
Spam prevention filter failed to validate your selections. Please try again.
what's the problem?

I have sent the email to
licensing@prepar3d.com, only got the reply for retrieving password, not a download link.

Thanks, I have got the download link from licensing and already downloaded the latest version P3D.
