Error Message

"There was a problem deserializing the panel state while loading a scenario or checkpoint. This could be caused by a change in serializable plugins or a corrupted file. Consider removing the .pnl file or resaving to generate a new one."

Can someone please decode this error for me? I was creating scenarios with different wind directions for crosswind takeoffs and landings. Now the wind direction on the ATIS does not match the wind direction that I set up and can't get it to match.

I tried creating new scenario from scratch but getting the same wind direction issue.

Answer to the wind and ATIS issue:
All charts and textual sources (METAR, TAF, winds aloft, surface analysis charts, etc) use true north as the reference. ATIS/AWOS/ASOS broadcasts, or any information a controller gives you over the radio, is magnetic. Wind direction broadcast over FAA radios is in reference to magnetic north.
