Many years ago FSX had an add-on called autotow, enabling a towed flight according to a plan instead of just a straight line.
Who knows if something comparable is available for Prepar3D V4?

I recall reading, many years ago, about "autotow". I couldn't find anything today on Google about it -- but, to be honest, I didn't really try all that hard.

That said, this reply is not about autotow. Instead, it is about another method that supposedly can be used to get the tow plane to do turns in the sim. You'll need the SDK installed so that you can access the Traffic Explorer tool. See this link here for the details: ... -tutorial/

I've not tried this method, but I can see the methodology behind how it works.
