Keyboard and Flight Controls...

Postby Minas Luver » Wed Feb 20, 2019 1:08 am

Good evening all. I'm brand new here and am not sure if this question is posted in the right place. Please forgive if it is not. Anyway, I've been flying FS2004 and FSX for many years now. Recently, my FSX (Steam version) has stopped working correctly since upgrading to Windows 10.
I have considered switching to Prepar3d. I've been using the keyboard as my flight controller for many years and it works for me. I'd just like to know if Prepar3d allows for this. I certainly hope so, since I've had problems in the past with joysticks and CH flight sim yokes. Anyway, thanks in advance, for your advise and patience...

Sounds like a PC problem that should be fixed.

Does your PC (specs) meet P3D minimums to run LM P3D?:

Yes, you can use the keyboard to fly.
I still use FSX and P3D on the same PC and I often use the keyboard and hardware flight controls depending on what I am flying / testing.

LM P3D also has a 60 day return policy if you find a need to use it.
