I know of two other pilots how had seen this in the same environment. They blamed it on ORBX scenery.

Another test you can do is to ask your cousin to ping your ip-adress (go to cmd and type: ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, x = ip-adress).
That will confirm wether he will see your computer or not. The problem well may be on his end.

I have the same thing with the A2A T-6. Also with the MJ C-47 V2 and V3, but that's something I can adjust with moving cargo.

Contacting FSInn would have been the first thing I would have done, but there is no maintenance anymore for this program. I don't see this issue not contected to Vatsim via FSInn. Sinds it works with version 2.5 I had hoped it would just be some setting in 3.2. I also use FSInn for multiplayerflight...
