After struggling with this error for many weeks, I finally downgraded Prepar3D client from v3.4.22 down to v3.3.5 and have so far gotten rid of the DXGI-error.
I do not have the FSL A320 by the way. My erro have only popped up using PMDG aircraft.

Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
What can I say. I've had this error since December now, and I've put the longer routes and sessions on the shelf until there is a fix to it. Rather frustrating. Is there a comment from the Prepar3d dev team yet?

Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
I just wondered if any of you encountering this error have monitored the GPU temperature? Just a minor layer of dust on the GPU fan that might reduce air flow and cause overheat, especially if a recent update have increased or changed the GPU power management.

Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
A quick note related to the DXGI error. I reduced the level of CPU overclock (Not GPU) from 4,2 GHz to 4,0 GHz. I have not had any errors since. Nah, never mind my previous statement. Just got the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG about 30 minutes into my SBGL-EGPK with PMDG 747V3. The previous days I have ma...

Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
Another update: Uninstalled and cleaned up Nvidia-drivers using DDU. Installed 372.70 (August 2016) just to check any change in behavior. Still got the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG-error. Seems that Nvidia-drivers is not causing this. So is it rather the latest P3D Hotfix, the latest Win10-update or is it...

Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
Just a small observation made yesterday: I updated to the newest Nvidia drivers. Still I experienced the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG after 30-40 minutes in flight. However, before the crash my sound had small chops (small pauses). I have not noticed that before.

Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
Just want to report the same problem with the last version of the P3D client. My last flights have all suddenly terminated with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG. And I'm really not sure if I did any recent adjustments to my system to trace the problem to either. I have reinstalled the most recent Nvidia drive...

Re: P3D Crashes
This happens to me as well. My experience is that cycling views inside P3D makes this crash happen, but this have to be confirmed of course. No dialog or entry in event viewer shows in relation to this crash, Prepar3d just freezes and disappears. However, I also have been experienced a few crashes r...
