May i ask why isnt the original program window that opened up with fsx, coming up in prepar3d.

i find it annoying, that when i load the program, it takes me straight into the default flight. it takes way too long with that method if the default flight is not the one im wanting when i run the program...i would much rather have the option to set flight options from the original fsx program window. Is there a way to turn that feature back on?

The good news is that there is an addon that will do what you want

Hi,

Just note that the Prepar3D code is based upon Microsoft ESP, not FSX. ESP did not have a launcher. We originally had something planned, however other priorities shifted this back. It remains on the roadmap, but encourage the use of the SDK, which has a launcher UI example in it, for those developers that want to build their own. I certainly recognize that it is something that the community is asking for and the various discussions are not falling on deaf ears.

I just used the default flight configuration from my fsx cfg file and inserted the line into the Prepar3d cfg file
