This was a Change Request defined in the changelog FS9--> FS10.
Microsoft did not priorize this, maybe Lockheed Mertin can do?

Each Runway is sloped (more or less) by means of different elevations.
If you want to simulate an airport like Lukla or Courchevel this is a strong prerequesit.

yeah, double-mouble i see now..
This Rwy is Courchevel, actually.
And i will avoid to place the relevant screenshot of FSX/P3D as it is too awesome..
