Im having troubles downloading and installing and have sent a letter to forum support now something has happened to the web site and all forums they are shrunk the whole page is about 2" x2" I cant read any thing Im on my second computer hoping for some help here????

Hi rwoodward - try this
logout from forum
download ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER
close browser
run ccleaner and erase all cookies and temp files
if you use internet explorer open internet options and delete browsing history (if your browser saves password then uncheck password and date)
Also check Zoom in View Menu and select 100%
