Post World Scenery Library

Every time I try to open the world scenery library in Prepar3d, I get a message that Prepar3d has stopped working and is looking for a solution to the problem. I really did not think I had a problem and have no idea how to proceed from here. Does anyone have any experience with this message for the World Scenery Library? Skip Ciman

I decided to try a computer restore to a earlier date and now my problem has been solved. Wonder what update from MS might have caused this? Thanks for reading. Skip Ciman

I dont think MS updates have broke anything unless you are windows 8 as that is not a supported operating system at this time. If MS updates broke P3D we would all have issues.

I would look at addons you have installed or a change in drivers etc...

Tnx Gandy, After reading your reply, I did note that my Nvidia driver was rolled back to 301, I had been running 306 for a week with no apparent problems but I guess that would be as good a place to leave this episode. Maybe, I sit back and wait to see other's reaction to the new driver before giving it another try. Normally I would not be fooling with new drivers, but I recently got a 680 card. Skip Ciman

Skip - FWIW, the 306 drivers gave me BSOD's on a W7 system that had NO flight sim stuff on it at all. Switched to 301's and haven't had a single crash. Video card was GTX470.
