Everyone is aware that the navigational data in FSX is outdated. Further, to update these files require new scenery files, a major undertaking. I was wondering if P3D's scenery files have updated navigational data? If so, could I import them into FSX?

I believe P3D does have updated nav data ( not sure how old it is but its newer than fsx ) but i dont think you can import it in to fsx.

Someone did release an update for fsx last year, Also i would recommend making a backup of anything that needs replacing just incase you want to back out of the new files

The EULA spells out that all of files and content that come with Prepar3D are licensed to be used in Prepar3D only. They are not licensed to be used outside of Prepar3D in any way.

thanks for your question,
