Hello everyone in P3D staff, thank you for the great job you are doing.

I am using flight planer, flying from Phoenix to Las Vegas, P3D puts my airplane on short hold of runway 27R, so Las Vegas course should be Northwest, however when ATC clear my takeoff heading west after departure I should be banking right, right?.
Well, the ATC indicates for me to turn left which is south, in the opposite direction, makes me flight around and over the airport and then tells me to follow my own navigation.

Is this the normal procedure or is there a glitch with P3D .

P.S. can you add speed restrictions to departure and approach like the real thing?
