I can't seem to get pass the login for purchasing prepar3d. It regects every attempt to log in . I have reset my password several times and used the auto generated one with no luck. Can't say my prepar3d experience is getting off to a good start. Any advice?

There have been one or two similar instances, Moe but I am quite sure an LM staff member will be across this very soon. I can promise that Prepar3D experience will get a lot better from here.

You may also fined that an email to licensing@prepar3d.com will find someone to help you.

Same problem here as well. Very annoying indeed. Surely LM is aware of the problem and working on a fix.

Some kind of acknowledgement at this point would at least let us know you are aware of the problem. I have also tried email and still get no acknowledgement.

Same for me...been trying to buy this damn thing for 3 days now. Sent email to support didnt even get a reply. Not sure I've ever had such a hard time getting a company to take my money before.

Hope they get this figured out soon...it's not like buying something thru a website hasnt been done before, no need to reinvent the wheel.

My email reply from support said 'hey, we don't do active support, come waste your time on our forums' or something like that.
