Post Prepar3D was unable to load...

I loaded normaly P3D but when I want actived P3D, I can't opening with Prepar3D.exe with click right and "run as administrator" I have this message :

"Prepar3D was unable to load some programm files and will now exit. Please reinstall Prepar3D to restore or repair the program installation"

I made this action two times and I have the same answer.

Could you help me? Please
I'm sorry but I don't speak english verry well

I follolowed the procedure but it doesn't work. Here are the screenshot of my procedure:

I Tryed to restart, to disinstall, close the antispam, restor my PC but nothing. I cry

If the MD5 check sum is 100% OK (i did not see that picture>> re-install Windows 7 or take care that it is up to date Image
Please confirm if the results are the same

Yes I ave exactly the same result. It's verry strange what doesn't work. I need of FSX in my computer for loading P3D?

No, not at all; check now Windows Update if you are missing updates;
did you install .NET framework?
if OK then install Secunia from here
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/
Let Secunia find incompatible software and let this program do the job. You will find a lot of programs that needs to be updated...
When that's done, remove the old P3D installation as in the instructions; clean the registry, restart the PC and run the flat installer.

I loaded secunia and the result:

I see that you are missing .NET Framework 4 .0
Where is it? have a look in the software overview

Btw: if you are placing images, only use the img tags , otherwise you get 2 pics and a target blank error
So don't use the url globe link tags
