Post FSX Object Placement Bug

There is a bug...er..."feature" in FSX where objects placed in certain regions (Arizona is one) move from the intended location. The shadow is in the intended spot and offset from the model, making it look like the model is floating. The work around in FSX is to include a false animation in the model or use FS9 models. The error seems to occur regardless of the placement method, including the new Instant Object Studio, Instant Scenery 2 and ADE.

This may or may not happen with P3D tools, but if it does, it would be nice if it could be tracked down and fixed.

In this sample, the trash enclosure wall and the building are affected. The dumpsters do use false animations and don't have the problem.

This bug is directly proportional to altitude but also may have a correlation to distance from the equator. The higher you go the greater the shift. About ~1m per 3000ft

If it were to be fixed it may play havoc with many legacy FSX sceneries that compensated for the shift by moving the object in the opposite direction.
