New snow effect is required. Too tired of these endless circles...

+1. New rain and snow effects are needed. Or at least fix the current ones so they don't appear circular.

When standing still on the runway, p3d does not display such circular effects. I never tested at what speed snow starts to look like warp speed. In my car, I think that even 30 mph is enough to make an illusion that I am driving through still-standing snow. I would rather see a rainbows as a new effect in p3d...
