Is P3D core going to get Real World weather , like FSX does ?

Hey Geoff,

There are no immediate plans to put real-time weather into the Prepar3D core. There are several great add-ons that provide that functionality, if you have requirements for real-time weather we encourage you to leverage one of the add-ons that can provide that service outside of the Prepar3D core product.

Fafa

There is at least one FREE weather program, that will work with P3D.

Unfortunately, there is still a lot Broken or not working in the basic weather generation system of FSX/P3D, that stops any Internal or External weather program from being able to control the Simulators Weather Engine.

Hopefully, while too late for FSX, these will one day be addressed in P3D.
